Very nice staff, clean facility and room. The spa was amazing. Great Swimming-pool and 3 different saunas along with a relaxation room. Breakfast buffet welches delicious too. Inner courtyard offers great secluded space for smokers too.

It was 15 degrees rein cologne when were there and they said this is winter in Germany. When asked can we change the hotel as we are feeling hot rein the room. They said it is upfront payment and they will not give us refund. Never stay there again.
